Today was spent getting ready for the second Axanar Atlanta Volunteer Weekend. And in teh evening Axanar podcast host Keith Sedor and his 7 year old daughter Quinn showed up after their 13 hour trip down from New Jersey. Keith wanted to be part of the volunteer weekend and record the 50th Axanar podcast, which has THREE special interviews. They loved the bridge of course, and Quinn is a Star Trek fan! So I asked her about Star Trek and it went like this:
Alec: So who is your favorite Star Trek character?
Quinn: I don’t know (shyly)
Alec: I am sure you know, who is it?
Quinn: I don’t know (even more shyly)
Alec: Is it Data?
Quinn: No
Alec: Is it Worf?
Quinn: No
Alec: So who is it?
Quinn: It’s Garth
Which lead to me give Keith the “I know you set that up” look. Keith swore he didn’t and that she really does love Garth in Prelude to Axanar. Well, I can say that it is incredibly flattering when a young Star Trek fan loves what you did!

Well, if I had a hologram copy of myself, I’d text myself to OWC Studio, sometime for another ‘volunteer weekend’ &/or Podcast, plus I could get my pic taken with, at least the Cap’n & hopefully w/Miss Cryss too !! (w/Cap’n’s permission, of course)
