After a weekend full of document review and preparation for this Wednesday’s beginning of depositions, we had a brief meeting with a VFX studio that was thinking of using our bridge set for a VR demo. Other than that it was all reading documents!
I also discussed Ares Digital with Diana and Bill Watters, our CTO as we are trying to get Ares Digital 2.0 so it can spit out address labels the way Diana needs to properly ship the patches. You might think that would be easy, but because we had several special offers (for example donors who donated in the previous campaign got a special veteran patch and new donors who donated within 5 days got a special patch) it is a bit more complicated and requires more complicated coding and database queries in Ares Digital. Bill Watters has a full time job and a family, so getting him to work on Ares Digital 2.0 takes a bit more time than if he was an employee.
None the less, Bill is working away and we are hoping to start shipping the Kickstarter patches ASAP!
